Solutions was formed with a singular mission; to assist European and
Latin American manufacturers to successfully market their products
in Canada, the United States and Central and South America. We
believe that manufacturers in Europe, South America and Canada face
governmental hurdles to success, hurdles which do not exist for
Asian manufacturers. Regulations concerning the environment, workers
rights and wage levels, health benefits and workplace safety, which
we support, do not exist in most Asian countries. Since these
regulations result in higher costs to our clients, they are faced
with a competitive price disadvantage. We feel that our business
model helps our clients reduce those disadvantages, and allows them
direct access to our markets at significantly reduced cost levels.
We utilize our experience in the markets to provide important input
to our clients. We help them understand the various segments. We guide them through the maze of finding and supervising sales agents.
We arrange for low
cost warehousing, product liability insurance,
domestic shipping and we provide them with advice concerning product
packaging. Timely market information is essential to success. Using
nationwide networks of sales agents in Canada and the US, and
various experienced sources throughout Latin America, we give our
clients feedback from customers, consumers and retailers, both
related to their products and those of their competitors. We arrange
for the exhibition of our clients products at various trade shows
and fairs throughout North America, obtaining for them the maximum
possible exposure. In short, we conduct our business, on behalf of
our client companies, as if we were their subsidiary in the
Americas, but without the need for our clients to expend large
amounts of capital.
Our clients recognize that the American markets are significantly
different from their own domestic ones. They know through experience
that trying to develop these markets can be a significant drain on
